Shipping

We ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are fulfilled by our overseas supplier once payment is received. Expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks. Tracking is emailed when available. Shipping is included in the price.

Returns and refunds

• Change of mind: return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the customer.
• Faulty, damaged or not as described: you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Email us with photos and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
